Shower water pressure is way too hard.

the staff was super friendly, i felt really comfy there. the pool area was nice and made for a great relaxation spot. loved that they had plenty of bottled water ready for me, especially when u travel it's nice to have that. really quiet rooms, couldn’t hear anything from the outside. elevators were quick too, no waiting around!

the room was a bit worn and some things showed wear and tear. also, i wish the bathroom design was better since it echoed sounds way too much.

Friendly staff provided great service. The location is perfect, just steps from the Gaslamp District and Petco Park, with lots of dining options nearby.

had a fantastic stay at omni! the breakfast was a treat with plenty of healthy options. the staff, especially the front desk team, were super friendly and always ready to help. the location is perfect, just a short hop from balboa park and the san diego zoo. i also loved the deep relaxation massage experience they offer.
